Shaheen And Sons

Shaheen Khan was registered with Pak Army, NNC and GB PWD in 1966 as “A Class Government Contractor” at the commencement of his activities with supply of stocks and articles of Army, substances requirements in the Far-flung mountains of Gilgit Baltistan. Especially, The valley of Astore, Minimerg, Gultari and Chaqma. Where the means of transport and haulage were very Scarce and were attended by contractor up to 1984-85 and army requirements were fulfilled. In 1985 when then strategy of defense along the boarder was worsened by India of Siachin Glaciers peaks the contractor invested all his resource of capital and man power and supported Army struggle for encountering the situation. Many roads, bridges and other structures were built and old structure were maintained by the contractor in addition to the transportation of ammunition and other commodities. For his Outstanding performance during the strategic period the contractor has been recommended for award of Tumgha-i- Khidmat and also commendation certificate was generated by HQ, FCNA Gilgit. In 1987, Shaheen Khan formed a company as SHAHEEN & COMPANY and got registered with NA PWD as A Class Contractor after that the company completed different well-known project in all our Pakistan. During these projects his sons supervise the projects. In 1993 Shaheen Khan established a new company named as “SHAHEEN & SONS” After establishment of the company, the company successfully completed the well-known projects. M/S Shaheen and Sons is an engineering and construction company operating in Pakistan in the field of hydropower projects, Roads, Bridges, Buildings Structures, Transmission Lines Low Transmission Lines testing commissioning, Running and Grid Stations. In the project execution philosophy, we would like to state our understanding for successful completion of job in accordance with the project schedule. We assure, M/S Shaheen and sons will bring to this project its experience and expertise of project management, engineering, procurement and construction. M/S Shaheen will appoint their representative of power projects as the project sponsor to provide corporate oversight and direction to ensure that the project taskforce will have full and direct access to M/S Shaheen corporate resources. In 2005 M/S Shaheen and Sons established Shaheen Grainte Factory at River View Road Gilgit for the successful operation in mining field. In 2014-15 M/s Shaheen and Sons won tenders and working with WAPDA for the construction 3.6 MW Hydro Power Project and 3.0 MW Hydro Power Project which are the part of Diamer Basha Dam Project in District Diamer. Efforts are being made for collection of recourses for smooth execution of project, as the company has financial and technical to fulfill the stipulated objectives of diverse categories of clients both in Gilgit Baltistan and other part of Pakistan.
